As Director, Toby is passionate about quality workmanship, safety, and supporting the next generation of operators and leaders within the company.

Site Foreman

As a highly skilled Site Foreman at TG Civil, Uncle brings many years of hands-on experience in civil construction and plant operation. Known for his practical approach, leadership, and commitment to getting the job done right, Uncle leads the crew to deliver each project efficiently. Having operated a wide range of machinery — including excavators, dozers, rollers, loaders and more — Uncle has extensive experience across all aspects of civil works, from earthmoving and drainage to roading and site preparation.

Site Foreman

As an up-and-coming Team Leader at TG Civil, Nate is quickly building a strong reputation for reliability, initiative, and leadership on site. With solid experience in civil construction and a growing role in overseeing and running his own projects, Nate takes pride in maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and teamwork. His hands-on skills and commitment to learning make him a key part of TG Civil’s continued growth and success.

With extensive knowledge and experience in the building industry, Duncan (Woody) brings exceptional skill and craftsmanship to every project at TG Civil. Known for always going above and beyond, Woody takes great pride in delivering top-quality results, particularly in the construction of Retaining walls where his precision and attention to detail truly stand out. His strong work ethic and commitment to excellence make him a highly valued member of the TG Civil team.

Ella Su Mon

Quantity Surveyor

Ella is a Quantity Surveyor with a civil engineering background and international QS experience across Singapore and New Zealand. She specialises in take-offs, estimation, tender support, and project cost management. At TG Civil, Ella supports earthworks estimation and pricing across a range of civil projects. She combines solid global QS expertise with practical, on-the-ground learning of New Zealand’s construction environment, contributing accuracy, structure, and a collaborative approach to the team.
